USAGE

Odeon Penthouse Usage Program
The Reservation Policies and Procedures have been thoughtfully designed to provide abundant and flexible use of the property. Last minute, short weekend, one night and consecutive week vacations are all available.

Planned Vacations
Each owner purchases the right to reserve and use four weeks of Planned Vacations throughout the Residence Year. Each Planned Vacation may be up to seven consecutive days at a time. A Rotating Priority Number is assigned to each owner prior to the confirmation of Planned Vacation requests. This number is used to confirm Planned Vacations when more than one owner requests the same week for a given period. The Rotating Priority Number changes each year to equitably allocate planned reservations during high-demand periods over the years.
 
Split Week Vacations
Owners purchase the right to reserve and use three weeks of Planned Vacations throughout the upcoming Residence Year, each up to seven consecutive days. Owners may choose to reserve Split Week Vacations (instead of reserving a full, consecutive seven day planned vacation week), subject to each Split Week consisting of a Split Weekend vacation and a Split Midweek Vacation. A Split Week is two non-consecutive, separate vacations, including one three day period with a Friday arrival day and Monday departure day and one four day period with a Monday arrival day and Friday departure day.

Space Available Vacations
After all Planned Vacations have been confirmed, a minimum of 12 weeks of Space Available vacations will be left open for owners use throughout the year. The extensive Space Available Vacation pool ensures owners have flexible and abundant usage possibilities. Owners can request Space Available Vacation reservations at any time after the beginning of the Residence Year. Owners may reserve one Space Available Vacation at a time up to 30 days prior to the arrival date for a minimum of one night and a maximum of seven consecutive nights. Owners may request additional Space Available Vacations only after they complete occupancy of their current, confirmed Space Available Vacation.

Short Notice Vacations
For those last-minute vacation decisions, an owner may make a Short Notice Vacation reservation. Subject to availability, Short Notice Vacations can be made seven days prior to the arrival date for that reservation, even if that owner already has confirmed reservations for their allowable Planned and Space Available Vacations. Owners may reserve one Short Notice Vacation at a time for a minimum of one night and a maximum of seven consecutive nights.

Flexible Use/Additional Open Weeks
At the beginning of each Residence Year, there will be a minimum of 12 weeks of unallocated vacation time. This allows owners the ability to exchange their Planned Vacation weeks, at anytime during the residence year, with any of the available, open weeks to provide maximum scheduling flexibility. In addition, these weeks
will become available over the course of the year for additional usage by owners as Space Available and Short Notice Vacations.

Guests
An important element of vacation home ownership is guests usage. Guests may accompany owners on any vacation. Owners can also invite unaccompanied guests to enjoy their residence during Primary or Planned Vacation weeks only, preserving Space Available weeks for owners and their guests.
