USAGE

Crestview Estate Usage Program
The Reservation Policies and Procedures have been thoughtfully designed to provide abundant and flexible use of the property. Last minute, long weekend and consecutive week vacations are all available.

Primary Vacations
Each owner purchases the right to use one fixed Primary Vacation, for two consecutive weeks that will be reserved for that owner’s use every Residence Year.

Planned Vacations
Each owner reserves a maximum of five additional Planned Vacation weeks throughout the Residence Year. Each Planned Vacation may be for a minimum of one week and a maximum of two consecutive weeks. A Rotating Priority Number is assigned to each Owner prior to the confirmation of Planned Vacation requests. This number is used to confirm Planned Vacations when demand exceeds lodging supply for a given period. The Rotating Priority Number changes each year to equitably allow Planned Vacations during high-demand periods over the years.

Space Available Vacations
Owners may request Space Available Vacation reservations after all Planned Vacations are confirmed. Owners may book one Space Available Vacation at a time and no sooner than ninety 90 days prior to the Arrival Date of the request. Space Available Vacations are available for a minimum of four consecutive days and a maximum of seven consecutive days. Owners may request additional Space Available Vacations after they complete occupancy of their current, confirmed Space Available Vacation.

Short Notice Vacations
For those last-minute getaways, an owner may make a Short Notice Vacation reservation for a maximum of seven consecutive days. Subject to availability, Short Notice Vacations can be reserved 30 days prior to the Arrival Date for that reservation, even if that owner already has confirmed reservations for their allowable Planned and Space Available Vacations. Each Owner may have only one confirmed Short Notice Vacation on the books at a time.

Internal Exchange/Additional Open Weeks 
At the beginning of each Residence Year there will be a minimum of 10 weeks of unallocated vacation time. This allows owners to exchange their Primary or Planned Vacation weeks, at anytime during the Residence Year, with any of the available, open weeks to provide maximum scheduling flexibility. These weeks also become available over the course of the year for additional usage by Owners as Space Available and Short Term Vacations.
 
Guests
An important element of vacation home ownership is guests usage. Guests may accompany owners on any vacation. Owners can also invite unaccompanied guests to enjoy their residence during Primary or Planned Vacation weeks only, preserving Space Available weeks for owners and their guests.
